Classic Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

3 | green bell peppers, cut into strips |
¼ | cup cold water |
1 | tablespoon cornstarch |
Instructions
1. | In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Brown the sirloin steak strips and sprinkle with minced garlic. |
