6 | tablespoons unsalted butter |
1.33 | cup Worcestershire sauce |
1.33 | cup fresh lemon juice |
2 | tablespoons brown sugar |
1 | teaspoon brown sugar |
2 | tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning (or other seafood seasoning) |

Instructions

- In a saucepan set over low heat, melt unsalted butter, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, brown sugar, and Old Bay Seasoning.
- Whisk the ingredients together until the brown sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour approximately half of the sauce into a large skillet placed over medium heat.
- Add the large shrimp to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
- While the shrimp are finishing, increase the heat slightly under the remaining sauce until it begins to bubble.
- Serve the cooked shrimp on a platter with lemon wedges and the remaining sauce on the side.
