Creamy Parmesan Asparagus
A delightful dish of asparagus coated in a creamy Parmesan cheese sauce.

¼ | cup chicken broth |
¼ | cup milk |
2 | tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded |
3 | tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated |
¼ | teaspoon salt |
¼ | teaspoon pepper |
1 | lb asparagus, cooked and drained |
Instructions
1. | In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to create a paste. Gradually pour in the chicken broth and milk while stirring constantly. Cook until the mixture thickens. Add the shredded Cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until the cheese is fully melted. |
