Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the flank steak flat on a cutting board and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Spread softened cream cheese over one side of the steak, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer spinach over the cream cheese side, then fold the other half of the steak over.
- Transfer the stuffed steak to a baking sheet, pour beef stock and red wine over the top. Bake for 60 minutes, adding more stock if needed.
- Once cooked, let the steak rest on a cutting board. Pour the drippings into a pan, whisk in a mixture of water and cornstarch. Bring to a boil and cook until the gravy reaches desired thickness.
