   Creamy Spinach-Stuffed Flank Steak

Instructions
| 1. | Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. |

| 3. | Spread softened cream cheese over one side of the steak, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. |

| 5. | Transfer the stuffed steak to a baking sheet, pour beef stock and red wine over the top. Bake for 60 minutes, adding more stock if needed. | 
| 6. | Once cooked, let the steak rest on a cutting board. Pour the drippings into a pan, whisk in a mixture of water and cornstarch. Bring to a boil and cook until the gravy reaches desired thickness. |
