Ingredients

240 grams ripe bananas, cut into chunks
150 grams vegan chocolate chips
60 milliliters coconut oil
30 grams chia seeds
cocoa powder
200 grams quick-cooking oats
10 milliliters vanilla extract
15 milliliters maple syrup

Instructions

    1. In a saucepan, combine ripe bananas, vegan chocolate chips, coconut oil, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Simmer over low heat until the bananas are fully tender, for approximately 5 minutes.
    2. Using a potato masher, carefully mash the bananas while continuing to heat for an additional 5 minutes.
    3. Turn off the heat and delicately stir in the vanilla extract.
    4. Gently fold in the quick-cooking oats until well combined.
    5. Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping them into truffle-sized portions.
    6. Allow the truffles to set by placing them in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
