Decadent Chocolate Raspberry Truffles

2 | tablespoons heavy cream |
1 | tablespoon butter |
2 | tablespoons seedless raspberry jam |
1 | NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels or Nestlé Toll House Milk Chocolate Chips ((6 ounce) package or 1 cup) |
2 | teaspoons shortening |

Instructions
| 1. | In a heavy gauge saucepan, combine NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, heavy cream, and butter. |

| 2. | Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. |
| 3. | Gently stir in seedless raspberry jam. |
| 4. | Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and freeze for 20 minutes. |
| 5. | Drop the chilled mixture by teaspoonfuls onto a foil-lined cookie sheet. |
| 6. | Freeze the truffle centers for 15 minutes. |
| 7. | Roll the frozen centers into balls and freeze until firm. |
| 8. | For the coatings: |
| 9. | Melt NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels or Nestlé Toll House Milk Chocolate Chips with shortening over hot water [not boiling], stirring until smooth. |
| 10. | Dip the frozen truffles one at a time into the melted coating, stirring quickly to coat, then remove with a fork, shaking off excess. |
| 11. | Alternatively, coat the truffles with Nestlé cocoa or confectioners' sugar. |
| 12. | Place the coated truffles on a cookie sheet and chill until set. |
| 13. | Store the truffles refrigerated for best taste. |
