2 | tablespoons heavy cream |
1 | tablespoon butter |
2 | tablespoons seedless raspberry jam |
1 | NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels or Nestlé Toll House Milk Chocolate Chips (6 ounce package or 1 cup) |
2 | teaspoons shortening |
nestle cocoa or confectioners' sugar |
Instructions

- In a heavy gauge saucepan, combine NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, heavy cream, and butter.
- Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
- Gently stir in seedless raspberry jam.
- Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Drop the chilled mixture by teaspoonfuls onto a foil-lined cookie sheet.
- Freeze the truffle centers for 15 minutes.
- Roll the frozen centers into balls and freeze until firm.
- For the coatings:
- Melt NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels or Nestlé Toll House Milk Chocolate Chips with shortening over hot water [not boiling], stirring until smooth.
- Dip the frozen truffles one at a time into the melted coating, stirring quickly to coat, then remove with a fork, shaking off excess.
- Alternatively, coat the truffles with Nestlé cocoa or confectioners' sugar.
- Place the coated truffles on a cookie sheet and chill until set.
- Store the truffles refrigerated for best taste.
