Decadent Mocha Fudge

Ingredients

For the fudge mixture
1 1⁄2	cups sugar
2.67	ounces evaporated milk
3	tablespoons instant coffee granules
2	tablespoons butter
1⁄4	teaspoon salt
2	cups miniature marshmallows
2	cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1	teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄2	teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

• For preparing the fudge

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a heavy pan and bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let it boil and stir for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Remove the pan from heat, mix in the remaining ingredients, and stir until the marshmallows are melted. Pour the mixture into an 8x8" pan lined with aluminum foil.
  3. Refrigerate the fudge for 2-3 hours or until firm.
  4. Remove the foil and cut the fudge into squares.
