1 ½ sifted powdered sugar
½ cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 lb dipping chocolate or confectioner's coating

Instructions

    1. Combine the sifted powdered sugar, creamy peanut butter, and softened butter in a mixing bowl until well combined.
    2. Shape the peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
    3. Allow the balls to set for 20 minutes to dry slightly.
    4. In a heatproof bowl, melt the dipping chocolate or confectioners' coating over a double boiler.
