Carrot juice

Instructions

    1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt butter, ensuring there is enough for each egg being cooked (approximately ½ tablespoon per egg).
    2. Gently add the eggs to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Once the outer whites have set (after 30 seconds to 1 minute), pour a splash of carrot juice (about a scant 1 tablespoon per egg) around and over the egg whites. Quickly cover the skillet with a lid.
