500 g ground chicken
125 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 medium carrot, grated
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon green curry paste
4 sheets frozen puff pastry
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, for sprinkling
sweet chili sauce, extra, for serving

    1. Combine the ground chicken, softened cream cheese, breadcrumbs, grated carrot, chopped red onion, sweet chili sauce, and green curry paste in a medium bowl. Mix well.
    2. Cut each puff pastry sheet in half. Spoon 4 tablespoons of the mince mixture along one long edge of each pastry sheet. Brush the opposite edge with beaten egg and fold the pastry over to enclose the filling. Lightly press the edges together to seal. Brush with egg again and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    3. Trim each end of the rolls and cut them into smaller rolls. Place the rolls on greased baking trays.
    4. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until the mince is cooked through and the pastry is crisp and golden.
    5. Serve hot with extra sweet chili sauce on the side.
