4 | sheets frozen puff pastry |
1 | egg, beaten |
2 | tablespoons sesame seeds, for sprinkling |

1. | Combine the ground chicken, softened cream cheese, breadcrumbs, grated carrot, chopped red onion, sweet chili sauce, and green curry paste in a medium bowl. Mix well. |
2. | Cut each puff pastry sheet in half. Spoon 4 tablespoons of the mince mixture along one long edge of each pastry sheet. Brush the opposite edge with beaten egg and fold the pastry over to enclose the filling. Lightly press the edges together to seal. Brush with egg again and sprinkle with sesame seeds. |
