   This delightful oven-baked pancake puffs up to a gorgeous golden brown before being generously filled with a vibrant mix of fresh berries and sweet banana slices.

| 1⁄2 | cup all-purpose flour | 
| 1⁄2 | cup milk | 
| 2 | eggs | 
| 1 | tablespoon melted butter | 
| 1⁄4 | teaspoon salt | 
| 1 | banana, sliced | 
| 1⁄2 | cup blueberries | 
| 1⁄2 | cup sliced fresh strawberries | 
| 1. | Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Prepare a 9-inch round cake pan by greasing it with cooking spray. |

| 2. | In a medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and salt. Whisk the mixture for 1 minute until smooth. Pour the batter into the greased pan. | 
| 3. | Bake in the preheated oven until the pancake turns a beautiful golden brown, about 20 to 22 minutes. Once out of the oven, promptly fill the pancake with slices of banana, blueberries, and fresh strawberries. |
