Instructions
For the Potato Halves | |

1. | Preheat the barbecue grill. |
2. | Combine melted butter, cider vinegar, red pepper sauce, and salt in a shallow dish. |
3. | Cut each russet potato lengthwise into 2 halves, then pat them dry with paper towels. |
4. | Dip the potato halves into the butter mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Reserve any remaining butter mixture for basting. |
5. | Cover and grill the potatoes over medium heat for 25 to 35 minutes, brushing occasionally with the butter mixture and turning once or twice, until they are tender. |
