1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
1 handful Walnuts or Almonds
1 tablespoon Greek Yogurt 2% (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup Water
12 cup Cooked Organic Oatmeal (optional)
1 teaspoon Matcha green tea (optional)
1 bunch Spinach or Kale
1 tablespoon Cacao Powder (optional)

Instructions
