Hearty Spaghetti Bolognese

Instructions
For the Bolognese Sauce | |

1. | Saute the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, celery, and carrots, and cook until soft. |
2. | Add the tomato sauce, tomato soup, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, water, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, oregano, garlic salt, basil, celery salt, and ground pepper. Stir well to combine. |
3. | Cover the pot and let the sauce simmer gently for at least an hour, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency. |
4. | Continue simmering until the flavors meld together and the sauce thickens to your liking. |
