Ingredients

1 -1 ½ lb top sirloin steak
1 12 tablespoons olive oil
1 12 cup white wine vinegar
14 cup Burgundy wine (or sherry wine)
18 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons orange juice (or pineapple juice)
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons sugar
12 teaspoon black pepper
12 teaspoon thyme
12 teaspoon marjoram
12 teaspoon crushed rosemary
12 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

1. Using a fork, tenderize the top sirloin steak and place it in a large plastic bag or glass pan.
2. In a small bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients to create the marinade. Pour the marinade over the steak.
3. Seal or cover the steak and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, turning it every few hours.
