Herb-Marinated Grilled Top Sirloin
A juicy and flavorful top sirloin steak marinated in a blend of herbs and spices, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
1 | -1 ½ lb top sirloin steak |

1 1⁄2 | tablespoons olive oil |
1 1⁄2 | cup white wine vinegar |
1⁄4 | cup Burgundy wine (or sherry wine) |
1⁄8 | cup Worcestershire sauce |
2 | tablespoons orange juice (or pineapple juice) |
3 | garlic cloves, minced |
2 | teaspoons sugar |
1⁄2 | teaspoon black pepper |
1⁄2 | teaspoon thyme |
1⁄2 | teaspoon marjoram |
1⁄2 | teaspoon crushed rosemary |
1⁄2 | teaspoon oregano |
Instructions
1. | Using a fork, tenderize the top sirloin steak and place it in a large plastic bag or glass pan. |

2. | In a small bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients to create the marinade. Pour the marinade over the steak. |
3. | Seal or cover the steak and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, turning it every few hours. |
4. | Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for about 5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. |
