Homemade Pumpkin Spice Bread

Ingredients
¾ | cup brown sugar |

1 | cup canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie) |
⅓ | cup vegetable oil |
1 | teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
2 | eggs |
1 ½ | all-purpose flour or bread machine flour |
2 | teaspoons baking powder |
¼ | teaspoon salt |
1 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
¼ | teaspoon ground nutmeg |
⅛ | teaspoon ground cloves |
½ | cup chopped walnuts |
Instructions
1. | Ensure your breadmaker is set to the Quick Bread cycle as this recipe does not require yeast. If the cycle is not named Quick Bread, it will not work for this recipe. |

2. | Add all ingredients into the breadmaker pan following the manufacturer's recommended order. |
3. | Select the Quick Bread cycle and allow it to run. After about 5 minutes into the cycle, open the lid to scrape down the sides and bottom of the pan. Close the lid and let the cycle complete. |
4. | Allow the bread to cool before slicing, if you can resist the temptation :) |
