Instructions
1. | In a small pot or saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the dry amaranth and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes. Stir in the ghee or coconut oil, cinnamon, and maca powder, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the porridge reaches a thick consistency. |
