- Begin by rinsing the barramundi fillets and patting them dry with a paper towel.
- Lightly spray the fillets with canola or olive oil.
- In a hot skillet, saute the fillets for 3 minutes on high heat with the skin side up.
- Carefully flip the fillets and cook for an additional minute. Transfer the cooked fillets to a serving dish.
- To prepare the sauce, gently saute a small garlic clove and salted butter in the skillet for about 2 minutes. Stir in salt, lemon juice, and torn basil leaves.
