A delightful and refreshing cocktail featuring the aromatic blend of peach and cardamom, finished with a touch of Prosecco.

Ingredients

cup whole cardamom pods- slightly crushed

granulated sugar

cardamom simple syrup

peach nectar- Looza brand is wonderful

Prosecco
thinly sliced peaches- for garnish

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine water and slightly crushed cardamom pods. Bring to a gentle boil.
2. Add granulated sugar, stir well, and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Transfer the fragrant mixture to a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator.
4. When ready to serve, pour ½ ounce of cardamom simple syrup and 1 ounce of peach nectar into a wine glass or champagne flute.
5. Slowly pour in 8 ounces of chilled Prosecco. Garnish the cocktail with a thin slice of peach and enjoy the elegant flavors.
