1 1⁄2 | teaspoons baking powder |
3⁄4 | teaspoon salt |
1 | teaspoon ground cardamom |
1 1⁄2 | cups chopped unpeeled pears (1-2) |
1⁄2 | cup vegetable oil |
1⁄4 | cup milk |
2 | eggs |
1 | tablespoon sugar |
1⁄4 | teaspoon cardamom |
1. | Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously grease the bottom of a loaf pan. |
