Pear Cardamom Bread Recipe

1 ½ | cups chopped unpeeled pears (1-2) |
½ | cup vegetable oil |
¼ | cup milk |
2 | eggs |
1 | tablespoon sugar |
¼ | teaspoon cardamom |
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously grease the bottom of a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the topping, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan. Prepare the topping by mixing the specified ingredients and sprinkle it evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely for about 1 hour.
