Pear Cardamom Bread Recipe
A delightful and aromatic bread infused with the flavors of sweet pears and exotic cardamom.
Ingredients
1 ⅔ | cups flour |

¾ | cup sugar |
1 ½ | teaspoons baking powder |
¾ | teaspoon salt |
1 | teaspoon ground cardamom |
1 ½ | cups chopped unpeeled pears (1-2) |
½ | cup vegetable oil |
¼ | cup milk |
2 | eggs |
1 | tablespoon sugar |
¼ | teaspoon cardamom |
Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously grease the bottom of a loaf pan. |

2. | In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the topping, and mix well. |
3. | Pour the mixture into the loaf pan. Prepare the topping by mixing the specified ingredients and sprinkle it evenly over the batter. |
4. | Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely for about 1 hour. |
