2 chopped broccoli
2-3 tablespoons olive oil, to cover the pan
2 minced garlic
1 tablespoon ground ginger or 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced paper thin
soy sauce

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add minced garlic and thin slices of fresh ginger (if using ground ginger, add after adding broccoli) and sauté for about a minute.
2. Add chopped broccoli, cover, and cook until bright green and slightly tender, stirring occasionally.
