Savory Grilled Beef Skewers

A delectable dish of marinated beef cubes wrapped in bacon, grilled to perfection, and served with a medley of fresh vegetables.

Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine the French dressing, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, black pepper, and minced fresh garlic or garlic powder if preferred. Mix thoroughly and set aside 1/4 cup of the marinade for later use. Refrigerate the reserved marinade.
- Place the boneless beef top sirloin steak squares in a shallow glass dish and pour the remaining marinade over the meat. Toss the beef cubes to ensure they are evenly coated.
- Cover the dish and let the beef marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or ideally overnight for enhanced flavor.
- After marinating, remove the beef cubes from the dish and discard the marinade.
- Wrap each beef cube with a strip of bacon.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers, alternating with chunks of green bell pepper, red bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion. Ensure the skewer goes through the bacon-wrapped side of the beef to secure it during grilling.
- Grill the skewers over high heat for approximately 10-15 minutes, regularly basting with the reserved marinade, until the beef reaches the desired level of tenderness.
