A delectable dish of marinated beef cubes wrapped in bacon, grilled to perfection, and served with a medley of fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

1 lb cut into 1-½-inch squares (should have about 8-10 pieces)
1 French dressing
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
black pepper
2 finely minced fresh garlic
8 uncooked bacon strips
1 cut into larger-size chunks
1 cut into larger-size chunks
2 cut into chunks
8 large fresh mushrooms
1 quartered

Instructions

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the French dressing, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, black pepper, and minced fresh garlic or garlic powder if preferred. Mix thoroughly and set aside 1/4 cup of the marinade for later use. Refrigerate the reserved marinade.
    2. Place the boneless beef top sirloin steak squares in a shallow glass dish and pour the remaining marinade over the meat. Toss the beef cubes to ensure they are evenly coated.
    3. Cover the dish and let the beef marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or ideally overnight for enhanced flavor.
    4. After marinating, remove the beef cubes from the dish and discard the marinade.
    5. Wrap each beef cube with a strip of bacon.
    6. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers, alternating with chunks of green bell pepper, red bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion. Ensure the skewer goes through the bacon-wrapped side of the beef to secure it during grilling.
    7. Grill the skewers over high heat for approximately 10-15 minutes, regularly basting with the reserved marinade, until the beef reaches the desired level of tenderness.
