Sesame Ginger Shrimp Pouches

Ingredients
1 | lb medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined |

1 | cup sliced mushrooms |
2 | fresh broccoli florets, frozen (if using, thaw and drain before) |
1 | small red bell pepper, cut into strips |
2 | cloves garlic, minced |
½ | teaspoon grated, minced fresh ginger |
1 | teaspoon dark sesame oil |
Instructions
1. | Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or set the oven to 450 degrees. |

2. | Prepare foil cooking pouches by using either foil cooking bags or pieces of aluminum foil. |
3. | Combine the medium raw shrimp, sliced mushrooms, fresh broccoli florets, red bell pepper strips, minced garlic, minced ginger, and dark sesame oil in the foil pouch. |
4. | For grilling: Place the foil pouch on the grill rack and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp is no longer pink. |
5. | For baking in the oven: Position the pouch in a cake pan or on a cookie sheet with sides. |
6. | Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp is fully cooked and no longer pink. |
