Ingredients

¾ cup oatmeal
1 cup milk
1 egg
½ cup raspberries
1 tablespoon chopped almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla whey protein powder
1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon nonfat plain yogurt
½ banana, sliced

Instructions

    1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high for 2 minutes.
    2. Stir well and incorporate the remaining two ingredients before serving.
