Instructions

- Begin by marinating the boneless, skinless chicken cubes in a delectable sauce made with soy sauce, garlic powder, honey, ginger, salt, and pepper. Place the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- In a wok or skillet, stir-fry the marinated chicken in vegetable oil until it is no longer pink and perfectly cooked.
- Add the drained mushroom pieces and the frozen stir fry vegetables to the chicken in the wok. Stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes to blend the flavors and crisp up the vegetables.
- Serve the aromatic and tender Teriyaki Chicken and Vegetables over a generous portion of fluffy cooked rice.
