1 lb cubed
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon honey

salt and pepper

1 drained
1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables (I use Safeway)
4 cooked rice

Instructions

1. Begin by marinating the boneless, skinless chicken cubes in a delectable sauce made with soy sauce, garlic powder, honey, ginger, salt, and pepper. Place the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
2. In a wok or skillet, stir-fry the marinated chicken in vegetable oil until it is no longer pink and perfectly cooked.
3. Add the drained mushroom pieces and the frozen stir fry vegetables to the chicken in the wok. Stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes to blend the flavors and crisp up the vegetables.
