6 pork ribs
2 ponzu sauce (a citrus type of soy sauce)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon cayenne (can add more if desired)

Instructions

    1. In a gallon-size zip lock bag, combine all the ingredients.
    2. Gently shake the bag to ensure the ribs are fully coated with the marinade.
    3. Refrigerate the bag overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
    4. Remove the ribs from the bag and discard any excess marinade.
    5. Wrap the ribs in foil and grill over low coals for approximately one hour, or until the meat is tender and easily detaches from the bone.
    6. Unwrap the ribs from the foil and place them directly on the grill to achieve a charred exterior.
