1 lb stewing beef
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 (14 ½ ounce) can canned tomatoes, diced
4 cups water
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup pasta, any shape
12 teaspoon dried oregano
12 teaspoon dried thyme
12 teaspoon dried basil
12 teaspoon dried parsley
12 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
