1 | piece fresh ginger, peeled & minced fine |
1 | teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in chicken broth, and soy sauce |
Instructions
For the Stir-Fry | |

| 1. | Marinate the thinly sliced beef in a mixture of cornstarch, sherry, and soy sauce for about 30 minutes. |
| 2. | Blanch the fresh green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then rinse them in cold water. |
