   Cheddar-Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast
A delightful and cheesy twist on classic chicken breast, coated in a crispy cheddar and parmesan crust.
Ingredients
| 8 | boneless skinless chicken breasts |

| 1⁄2 | cup finely crushed corn flakes (measured 1/2 cup after crushing) | 
| 1⁄2 | cup Shake & Bake chicken coating mix (Southern Fried or regular flavor) | 
| 3⁄4 | cup grated parmesan cheese | 
| 1⁄3 | cup finely grated cheddar cheese | 
| 1⁄2 | cup melted butter (a little more butter may be needed) | 
| 1 | teaspoon garlic powder | 
| • | seasoning salt (to taste) | 
| • | fresh ground black pepper (to taste) | 
Instructions
| 1. | Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. |

| 2. | Adjust the oven rack to the lowest position. | 
| 3. | Grease a medium jelly-roll pan or a baking pan large enough to accommodate the chicken. | 
| 4. | In a shallow dish, combine the finely crushed corn flakes, Shake & Bake chicken coating mix, parmesan cheese, and grated cheddar cheese. | 
| 5. | In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder. | 
| 6. | Dip each chicken breast first in the melted butter, then coat with the cornflake mixture. | 
| 7. | Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. | 
| 8. | Season the top of each breast with a sprinkle of seasoned salt and fresh ground black pepper. | 
| 9. | Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, but not overcooked (should not exceed 35 minutes of baking time). |
