Instructions

For marinating the chicken
- Combine the extra virgin olive oil, water, lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Transfer the marinade into a ziplock bag along with the boneless skinless chicken breasts.
- Marinate for 30 minutes to a few hours to ensure the lime juice does not overpower the chicken.
- Grill the marinated chicken breasts until they are no longer pink in the middle, approximately 6 minutes on each side if using a George Foreman grill.
