A delightful and flavorful taco-inspired dish perfect for sharing with friends and family.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 lb lean ground beef
1 14 ounces taco seasoning
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 (8 ounce) cans store bought crescent rolls
1 12 cups shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
1 cup store bought guacamole
14 cup store bought salsa
2 scallions

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. In a sauté pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the lean ground beef and cook until browned.
    3. Stir in the taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water. Mix well and then remove from the heat to cool slightly.
    4. Arrange the crescent rolls in the bundt pan, ensuring the thinner side of the triangle is placed in the pan with the larger side hanging over the edges.
    5. Combine the seasoned beef with 1 cup of shredded colby-monterey jack cheese and place the mixture in the center of the crescent rolls. Fold the larger ends of the crescent rolls over the filling, leaving small gaps between each roll.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the taco ring is golden brown.
    7. Carefully invert the taco ring onto a sheet tray and sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup of shredded colby-monterey jack cheese. Return to the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
    8. Let the taco ring rest for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan.
    9. To serve, place a small bowl in the center of the taco ring to create a bowl. Fill the bowl with store-bought guacamole and top with salsa. Garnish the taco ring with sliced scallions.
