- Begin by adding all ingredients except the butter to your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Start the machine on the basic bread cycle.
- Cut the unsalted butter into tablespoon-size pieces.
- About 10 minutes before the end of the initial kneading cycle, start incorporating the butter, adding 1 tablespoon every minute.
- Take your time and do not rush this process.
- Allow the bread machine to complete its cycle.
- Once the brioche is baked and the cycle is finished, let it cool in the OPENED machine for approximately 20 minutes. This will help maintain a firm crust while keeping the center moist.
