   Cranberry Glazed Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
| 2 | tablespoons margarine |

| 1 | medium onion, chopped | 
| 4 | boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips | 
| 1 | cup ketchup | 
| 1⁄2 | cup whole berry cranberry sauce | 
| 1⁄4 | cup brown sugar | 
| 3 | tablespoons white vinegar | 
| 1 | tablespoon Worcestershire sauce | 
| 1 | tablespoon prepared mustard | 
| 8 | cups hot cooked brown rice | 
Instructions
| 1. | In a large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. |

| 2. | Add chopped onion and chicken strips, sauté for 2-3 minutes until tender. | 
| 3. | Add ketchup, whole berry cranberry sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and prepared mustard (excluding the rice). Stir well and bring to a boil. | 
| 4. | Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes. | 
| 5. | Serve the cranberry glazed chicken over hot cooked brown rice. |
