Cranberry Glazed Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
2 | tablespoons margarine |

1 | medium onion, chopped |
4 | boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips |
1 | cup ketchup |
1⁄2 | cup whole berry cranberry sauce |
1⁄4 | cup brown sugar |
3 | tablespoons white vinegar |
1 | tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
1 | tablespoon prepared mustard |
8 | cups hot cooked brown rice |
Instructions
1. | In a large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. |

2. | Add chopped onion and chicken strips, sauté for 2-3 minutes until tender. |
3. | Add ketchup, whole berry cranberry sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and prepared mustard (excluding the rice). Stir well and bring to a boil. |
4. | Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes. |
5. | Serve the cranberry glazed chicken over hot cooked brown rice. |
