baguette or buttery cracker, as dippers |
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Coarsely chop the water-packed artichoke hearts and set them aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese. Beat until fluffy.
- Add garlic powder, parsley flakes, and a dash of cayenne pepper to the mixture. Then fold in the chopped artichokes until well blended.
- Transfer the dip into a casserole dish or a fluted quiche dish for a more elegant presentation. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden brown.
