Ingredients

2 cans water-packed artichoke hearts, drained
2 packages (8 ounce) (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese (I use Kraft's cannister)
garlic powder (I like plenty)
parsley flakes
cayenne pepper
baguette or buttery cracker, as dippers

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Coarsely chop the water-packed artichoke hearts and set them aside.
    3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese. Beat until fluffy.
    4. Add garlic powder, parsley flakes, and a dash of cayenne pepper to the mixture. Then fold in the chopped artichokes until well blended.
    5. Transfer the dip into a casserole dish or a fluted quiche dish for a more elegant presentation. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden brown.
    6. Slice the baguette and arrange buttery crackers as dippers for serving.
