Instructions
1. | Prepare the potatoes by halving larger ones for a double batch and leaving small ones whole for a regular batch. |

2. | Place all potatoes in a deep pot and cover with water. |
3. | Cover the pot with a lid and bring it to a boil. |
4. | Once boiling, uncover and cook until tender, approximately twelve to fifteen minutes. |
5. | Drain the potatoes and return them to the hot pot. |
