Creamy Roasted Garlic Bruschetta

Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). |

2. | Place the cloves of garlic on a piece of aluminum foil. |
3. | Drizzle the garlic with olive oil, then wrap it up in the foil. |
4. | Roast the garlic in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until soft. |
5. | Remove the roasted garlic from the oven, peel it, and puree it until smooth. |
6. | Allow the garlic puree to rest and cool in the refrigerator. |
7. | Once cooled, combine the garlic puree with softened cream cheese. |
8. | Slice the French bread into 1/2-inch thick slices on a bias. |
9. | Lightly toast the bread slices and set them aside. |
10. | Spread the cream cheese and garlic mixture on the toast and sprinkle lightly with half of the freshly grated Romano cheese. |
