1 teaspoon chili paste
1 garlic clove, minced
peanut oil for frying
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

1. Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, mix together the light soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, flour, cornstarch, water, baking powder, baking soda, and vegetable oil. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 20 minutes.
