1 | boneless beef rib roast, 5 to 6 pounds |

Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine McCormick® Basil Leaves, McCormick® Oregano Leaves, McCormick® Garlic Powder, McCormick® Onion Powder, and McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground. Set the mixture aside. |

2. | Trim excess fat from the top of the boneless beef rib roast, leaving a layer of fat approximately 1/4-inch thick. Place the roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Brush the beef with oil, then sprinkle with salt. Coat the roast generously with the prepared seasoning mixture. |
3. | Roast the beef, uncovered, until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for a medium-rare finish (approximately 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 hours) or 140°F for a medium finish (approximately 2 1/4 to 2 3/4 hours). Cover the roast with foil and allow it to stand for 15 minutes before carving. (During this resting period, the meat's temperature will rise by about 10 degrees.) |
