Instructions

- Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large sauté pan, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts, skin side down, until a rich golden brown crust forms.
- Flip the chicken breasts and continue to brown the other side to perfection.
- Transfer the beautifully seared chicken breasts into the slow cooker and pour in the luscious orange juice concentrate without any dilution.
- Allow the chicken to cook in the slow cooker for 3 hours on high heat or 5 to 6 hours on low heat, until it is exceptionally tender.
- Once done, carefully remove the chicken from the slow cooker and keep it warm.
- Skim off any excess fat from the sauce using a ladle, then delicately fold in the creamy sour cream to create a velvety texture.
- To serve, plate each succulent chicken breast and generously ladle the luscious orange-infused sauce on top for a delightful flavor experience.
