Instructions

For the meatloaves
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a 6-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, diced onion, 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/3 cup of spaghetti sauce, egg, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, and Italian seasoning.
- Divide the meat mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups.
- Top each mini meatloaf with 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- These mini meatloaves can also be frozen and reheated later with delicious results.
