Instructions
For the meatloaves | |

2. | In a mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, diced onion, 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/3 cup of spaghetti sauce, egg, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, and Italian seasoning. |
3. | Divide the meat mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups. |
4. | Top each mini meatloaf with 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. |
