   Savory Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
Prepare to be delighted by this quick and easy beef and broccoli stir-fry. Tender slices of top round steak marinated in a flavorful blend of A.1. Original Sauce, soy sauce, and garlic, then stir-fried with a colorful array of vegetables. Perfectly combined and served over a bed of steaming rice, this dish is sure to impress.
Ingredients

| 1⁄4 | cup soy sauce | 
| 2- 3 | garlic cloves, crushed | 
| 1 | pound top round steak, thinly sliced | 
| 1 | (16-ounce) bag frozen mixed broccoli with red bell peppers, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms (thawed) |

Instructions

| 1. | Combine A.1. Original Sauce, soy sauce, and crushed garlic in a small bowl. Marinate thinly sliced top round steak in the mixture for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally. | 
| 2. | Remove the steak from the marinade, and set aside the marinade. In a large lightly-oiled skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry the steak for about 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Use a slotted spoon to remove the steak, and keep it warm. | 
| 3. | In the same skillet, bring the vegetables and reserved marinade to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the cooked steak. Serve over rice, if desired. | 
| 4. | Note: If you are unable to find the frozen broccoli mixture, you can substitute with a 16-ounce package of frozen broccoli cuts, thawed. |
