For the Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
- Combine A.1. Original Sauce, soy sauce, and crushed garlic in a small bowl. Marinate thinly sliced top round steak in the mixture for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the steak from the marinade, and set aside the marinade. In a large lightly-oiled skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry the steak for about 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Use a slotted spoon to remove the steak, and keep it warm.
- In the same skillet, bring the vegetables and reserved marinade to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the cooked steak. Serve over rice, if desired.
- Note: If you are unable to find the frozen broccoli mixture, you can substitute with a 16-ounce package of frozen broccoli cuts, thawed.
