Instructions

1. | Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef, onions, bell peppers, and garlic until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened. |
2. | Add the taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce to the skillet, stirring until well combined. Turn off the heat and stir in the softened cream cheese until melted and fully incorporated. |
3. | Grease a 13x9 casserole dish and spread 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce on the bottom. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the beef mixture down the center of each warmed tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam side down in the dish. |
