60 | g hot salami, finely chopped |
1 | tablespoon sun-dried tomato pesto |

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, combine the butter, finely chopped hot salami, sun-dried tomato pesto, chopped parsley, and grated parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Slice the French baguettes into approximately 1.5cm slices, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
- Spread the salami butter mixture in between the slices of the baguette, then wrap the baguettes in foil.
- Bake the wrapped baguettes in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Alternatively, if preferred, place the foil-wrapped baguettes on a heated barbecue grill for about 20 minutes, turning them often until heated through.
