Spanish Beef Casserole
A delicious and comforting casserole with a Spanish twist - layers of macaroni, seasoned ground beef, creamy white sauce, and melted cheese.

Instructions
1. | Begin by boiling the macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside. |

3. | Prepare a white sauce by melting margarine in a saucepan, then stirring in flour to form a roux. Gradually whisk in milk until the mixture thickens. Add diced tomatoes and grated cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is well combined. |
4. | To assemble the casserole, layer the cooked macaroni, seasoned ground beef mixture, and white sauce in a baking dish. Repeat the layers as needed. |
