Spicy Pepper Jack Jalapeno Beef Burgers
Delicious and spicy, these beef burgers are filled with flavors of jalapeno, garlic, and pepper jack cheese, perfect for a summer barbecue.
Ingredients
3 | lbs ground chuck |

4 | jalapeno peppers, chopped |
4 | garlic cloves, minced |
1 | onion, finely chopped |
8 | ounces monterey jack pepper cheese, sliced |
7 | hamburger buns |
Instructions
1. | Begin by preparing the grill for cooking on high heat. |

2. | In a large bowl, combine chopped jalapeno peppers, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, and ground chuck. |
3. | Divide the beef mixture into approximately 7 equal portions. |
4. | Take each portion and place a thick slice of pepper jack cheese in the center, similar in size to a thick butter pat. Shape the mixture into patties. |
5. | Oil the grill grate lightly with a brush. |
