For preparing the potatoes
- Peel the potatoes, if desired.
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces, roughly 1-1½ inches in size and of uniform size.
- Place the potatoes into a large Zip'n Steam™ bag, seal the bag securely.
- Pat the potatoes into a single layer in the bag and place it in the microwave.
- Microwave on full power for 7½ minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and easily smash when pressed.
- If necessary, microwave for additional 30-second intervals until all the potatoes are tender.
- Allow the bag to stand for 1 minute before handling.
